We began with the simplest restorations possible, pressure washing and deck staining. From there we began repairing, then building decks. The washing season is seasonal so we began handyman services during the off season. Handyman work often leads to larger projects such as kitchen and bathroom renovations. We've since continued to expand our focus to all aspects of residential and commercial construction and restoration.
With our experience in real estate investment and maintenance we find it best to evaluate a project wholistically. We've often recommended not pursuing a costly project in favor of more prudent use of funds for preparing a home for sale or mitigating a deferred maintenance need when circumstances call for such advice.
